Customers have a 24-hour free cancellation window after receiving their order confirmation. After this period, cancellation fees may apply depending on the processing or production status of the order.
How to Cancel an Order

- If your order has not entered processing or production, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once processing or production has started, the cancellation terms below will apply.
- Custom or personalized jackets may have different cancellation conditions once production begins.
Cancellation Windows & Charges
- Within 24 hours: Eligible for a full refund with 0% cancellation fee.
- After 24 hours and up to 4 days: A 30% cancellation fee may apply.
- After 4 days (96+ hours): A 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation fees may depend on the production and processing stage of your order.
Shipped Orders
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Once you receive the order, you may be able to use our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy to request a return, refund, or exchange, subject to the applicable terms.
Important Notes
Custom & Personalized Jackets
Once production begins, custom or personalized jackets may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
